Questions people ask before they sit down.
Counselling, applications and visa filing are free. You pay the university and the government directly, never through us. Test preparation classes are the one thing you pay for, and each course page lists the discount currently running.
It is most of what we do. A gap needs a reason on paper, whether that is work, illness, family or retaking exams. Backlogs weigh more in some countries than others, and we will tell you plainly which doors get heavier with your record.
Plan on five to eight months from the first conversation to the boarding pass. Test preparation is usually the longest stretch. You can move faster, but rushing tends to cost you the scholarship options.
We sit down with the refusal letter, fix the exact ground it names, and either re-lodge or switch destination. There is no extra charge from our side. A refusal is a list of things to correct, not the end of the road.
Our counsellors are not paid per placement, so nobody here has a reason to steer you. If the right course sits at a university we have no arrangement with, we will say so and help you apply direct.
